An interesting item came to my attention just a couple of days ago. The Marlboro brand is being expanded–oversees. There are a number of new products under the brand, such as different shapes and sizes of cigarettes, and packaging. There evidently is now a brand where the package flips open like your cellphone. Nice touch, eh! Nothing like giving the customer what the customer wants. Even though the customer doesn’t sufficiently appreciate the implications of using the product?

Code of some [many? or most?]: If it is legal it is ethical. It is up to the law to describe the boundaries of behavior.
