Undergraduate Co-op and
Career Services

As a required part of all undergraduate business programs here at Saunders, students will complete some sort of experiential learning while at RIT (1 semester or two summers).  You will work with your advisor to determine your options, plan your schedule, and find the right opportunity for you.

Saunders College of Business students are supported by dedicated Career Counselors. They serve as your personal coach assisting you in reaching your career goals. They give you access to the resources of the RIT Office of Cooperative Education and Career Services which represents one of the largest and oldest co-op programs in the world, placing more than 4,100 students with over 6,100 employers annually.

As a Saunders student or alumni you benefit from this vast resource of experience and corporate relationships. Employers place great value in RIT graduates and recognize our students as being Business Ready – DAY ONE, as evidenced by our 94% placement rate*.
