YouTube for games is an emerging idea that I just had Thursday, but apparently other people had it a long enough time ago to actually implement it. Check out GamesVideos to see trailers and other videos related to games.
More intriguing, perhaps, is xfire, which helps players figure out what their friends are playing and then to jump in.
